Processing Time

Damages

Aaryarudraksha is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Aaryarudraksha is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, [Your Store Name] will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Deliveries

We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. Please make sure to double-check your address when placing an order. Any refused deliveries will be returned to our warehouse. Upon receipt, a refund will be issued for the items only, less the shipping costs. We will contact you to arrange reshipment, and reshipment costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
